Questions
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Projects live on your computer and everything is calculated locally. When you're online, changes sync to your other devices and your team.
Windows or Mac?
Both, from the first beta. The phone app comes with version 1.0 in March 2027.
Who sees my rates and margins?
Only you and your team. The client link shows the client's version of the quote, without costs, rates or margin. To build better default rates, the app shares anonymous day rates (role, city, rate, month), never names, clients or totals. Ranges appear only after at least 10 budgets from 5 different companies.
Can I bring my Excel price list?
Yes. You import it and match the columns once. Export to Excel and AICP Excel is there too, because accountants and clients still want it.
Why no AI in the beta?
The math has to be right first. In 1.0 the AI only counts things from the brief (days, people, shots), and your price list does the money.
What happens after the beta?
The beta stays free until 14 days after 1.0. Then you keep working at the founder price you locked on the waitlist.
