Who handles your data
Petar Milivojević, Beograd, Srbija. Contact: budget@nncvision.com.
What we keep
Your e-mail, language, region, country (from the network, not GPS), line of work, the tool you use today if you tell us, where you came from (for example reddit), who invited you, and when you agreed to receive e-mails. We don't keep your IP address. We keep a one-way fingerprint of it for an hour to stop spam.
Why
To send you news about NNC Budget that you asked for, to keep your founder price and to count invites. The legal basis is your consent.
Where it's stored
In the EU: Cloudflare (database, Western Europe) and Resend (e-mail, Ireland). Nobody else gets it, and we don't sell it.
How long
Until you unsubscribe. Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days.
Payments
When paid plans open, payments are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd, United Kingdom), our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, e-mail, country and licence details, never your card number.
Your rights
You can ask what we keep about you, ask for a correction or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time with the link in every e-mail or by writing to budget@nncvision.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Cookies
None. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies. Your region choice is remembered in your browser only.
