Who sells NNC Budget

NNC Budget is made and sold by Petar Milivojević (NNC Vision), Beograd, Srbija. Contact: budget@nncvision.com.

What you buy

NNC Budget is software for production budgets, quotes and contracts: a desktop app for Windows and Mac, a phone app for iOS and Android (from version 1.0), and sync between your devices through our server. A paid plan is a licence to use the software for the period you paid for, as a yearly or monthly subscription. The founder licence is a one-time payment for the Solo plan that does not expire and includes two years of updates.

Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are listed on the pricing page; Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where the law requires it.

Renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time through the link in your receipt or by writing to us. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of any payment, without giving a reason. The refunds page explains how.

Beta

The public beta is free and provided as it is, while we are still fixing things. Keep copies of the quotes you send to clients. Beta data moves over to version 1.0.

Your data and the day-rate network

Your projects, prices and contacts belong to you. To improve default rates, the app sends anonymous day rates: role, line of work, city or region, rate, currency, contract type and month. It never sends names, clients, project names, totals or margins. Rate ranges are shown only after at least 10 budgets from 5 different companies. The privacy policy covers the rest.

Fair use

Do not resell your licence or share it beyond the seats you paid for, do not try to break or overload the service, and do not use it for anything illegal. AI analyses have a monthly limit for each plan.

Responsibility

NNC Budget helps you calculate; you decide what price you send. We are not responsible for business losses caused by quotes, contracts or tax settings. Check templates and tax rules with your accountant or lawyer. Contract templates for countries outside Serbia are general examples.

Changes

If these terms change, we e-mail paying customers at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Your statutory consumer rights in your own country stay in force.
