Refund policy

If NNC Budget is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get the full amount back. No reason needed.

This applies to every paid plan, monthly or yearly, to renewals, and to the founder licence.

How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to budget@nncvision.com from the address you paid with. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to the same card or account. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank.

After 14 days

You can still cancel at any time. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

After a refund the licence ends and the app goes back to the free Calculator plan. Your projects stay on your computer.
